Do I have to accept any demand?#

No! There is never any obligation to accept any demand. No matter how large the demand gets or how long a demand has been online, you accept only what you’re comfortable with! This ensures a safe platform, happy users, and authentic creators. Your pledgers are only charged if you accept a demand. Before accepting, you can always reject any demand at any given time. It will then be closed and archived.

What happens after I accept a demand?#

The moment you accept the demand, the full funding amount will be transferred to you within 3-5 working days, so that you can start fulfilling the demand. The demand page turns into a Feed where you can post updates & progress on the demand, or just the fulfilled demand.

What happens if I reject a demand?#

If you reject a demand, the pledgers who have pledged to that demand will be notified and their funds will not be transferred to you.No one will be charged. There is no obligation to communicate with your fans why you rejected a demand.
