The Konduktum works like an interdisciplinary workshop, disguised as a retreat! Starting from a space of tranquility and relaxation and stepping in to action through a strong daily routine.
Join a colorful journey of artistic self development and strengthen your ways of self expression. The Moment you are provided with a Structure that covers basic needs like healthy food, deep and quiet sleep and a powerful morning routine, it is a natural side effect that your creativity starts blossoming.
Most of us grew up in a society where we have been slowly conditioned to manage our day, our food and our routines all by our selves and often end up very isolated or burned out. The retreat provides you with all those essentials in a beautiful natural surrounding, so you don’t have to spend a second thinking about what tasks are ahead and can focus on how you actually feel inside.
The beauty of the retreat-space on the farm secluded in the surrounding Palatine Forrest is a phenomenon by itself and offers the perfect platform to transmute these internal feelings to a creative expression and experience a positive constructive output. An experience that lasts and is applicable long after the retreat.
The only thing you need to bring is a tent, a notebook with a pen and - if you feel like it - your favourite instrument. The rest ist covered By the retreat! And yes, you can also come with a van!
The Retreat Includes:
Sometimes we label people that are good at their craft as ‘Talented’ but miss out on the long journey they went through to get to this point. The Stories and insights one can share, that went through this journey are always inspiring and heart opening. The fact that we have the chance to have so many of those stories woven into one threat during this retreat is a gift by itself!
Born 1978 in Worms, Christian is a passionate natural garden and permaculture designer, herbalist and the author of “Holy Bearshit” & ”Aussteiger Storys”. In a humorous and light-footed way, he has the ability to not only tell stories about his own travels but transmit the profound depth of ancient tales in a manner that is almost initiatic. The trained gardener lives in the Palatinate Forest on the mostly self-sufficient multi-generational Reinighof.
Born in Israel, Mike has a diverse cultural background due to the almost nomadic Life of his family during childhood. As broad as his cultural horizon is the musical palette he learned from. Growing up with a strong influence of irish music on the maternal side, as well as the ancient songs of the middle east, he now produces a wide range of styles and is equally playful when it comes to his live performance, where he shares and explores beautiful songs and soundscapes with the guitar, the loopsation and his voice as his main instruments.
Sounds, shapes and colors are not only the language of the subconscious, but also the language of Kemane's paternal lineage - the Senegal. There, communication through dance, music & art are part of the everyday life. Today he works as an artist, makes pottery, builds instruments, hosts dance jams and teaches drawing whenever possible. As a multinational, he heard a big call to build bridges over cultural and religious gaps where previously there were question marks or even unjustified fears.
Born in Kazakhstan in 1984 and then brought to Germany at the age of four. After endless painting-sessions as a young child, street art in his youth (some say, even today), murals, live-paintings and many filled canvases, he now found his path as a fully fledged illustrator. Working in entertainment for over 15 years, Artur is simply a digital art wizard and a sketchbook author with an overflowing creative energy that is highly contagious. An energy that reminds you of what painting was always meant to be:
