Two builders 👨🏻🔧👨🏽🔧, seven years and a shared 🌍 vision.
konduktum is two people — @kemane and @CanRau — building a platform we believe the creator economy has needed for a long time and has never had.
We started from a simple observation
Every platform that claimed to be on the creator’s side eventually wasn’t. The incentives pointed the wrong way. Investors wanted growth. Growth required data. Data required surveillance. Surveillance required algorithms. And the creator — the person the whole thing was supposedly for — ended up serving the machine instead of the other way around.
We decided not to take investment. That decision costs us speed and it costs us comfort. It means we build slower, we operate leaner, and we carry the risk ourselves. But it means the platform’s incentives point in one direction only: toward the creator.
Seven years in, we’re still here.
Still building. Still answering every support email ourselves. This development fund is how we keep going — and how you become part of what gets built next.
While pioneering something, there often are these weird moments where you're like: "Let's just look up how this is done real quick!" Only to realize, that no one has ever done it before. And that solving a real-world problem was the reason you initially started this journey.

Sustaining a vision in its infancy is brutal. Yet, we managed to put in the time and love, meticulously integrating every little feedback from our community on a daily basis. It has to be one of the hardest and at the same time one of the most fulfilling projects we ever had the honor cocreate. You become part of this journey by being an early supporter. We’re looking for one thing: a developer who understands that the technical decisions on a platform like this are political decisions. How data is stored, who controls it, how fees are calculated, how content is delivered — every one of these is a values question before it’s an engineering question.
